IUCPG Reporting Tools Highlights
IUC-PG Members: Report Forms
Please use the attached templates to report your FY 2010 monthly IUC-PG, State of Ohio and Ohio State agreement usage, beginning with your July, 2009 monthly report. The IUC-PG is asking all members to help in compiling these reports by having their staff compile the FY 2010 IUC-PG, State of Ohio and The Ohio State usage reports in the Excel format provided.
You should submit your Usage Reports directly to Gene Stephens, via the email address shown below. Please use the attached Excel templates for this project.
