The Inter-University Council of Ohio Purchasing Group (IUC-PG) is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced companies who have experience in the provision of comprehensive Procurement Card (Pcard) and automated payment products for institutions of higher education. The intent of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish through competitive negotiation a price agreement for non-exclusive purchasing card and automated payments services to IUC-PG member colleges and universities (Price Agreement).
