UN18-100 Microsoft Reseller

The Inter-University Council of Ohio Purchasing Group (IUC-PG) is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to supply the IUC-PG members with Microsoft Reseller Services as described herein. The intent of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish through competitive negotiation a price agreement for the authorized purchase of Microsoft software for the 87 members of the IUC Purchasing Group. All terms and conditions negotiated between IUC-PG and the selected vendor(s) for the Price Agreement and Scope of Services required therein will apply to all search firm services performed under Participation Agreements executed between individual participating IUC-PG member universities and the selected vendor(s). Special Note: The resulting price agreement UN18-100 Microsoft Reseller will replace UN18-098 Microsoft Reseller. The IUC-PG and the vendor for UN18-098 have mutually agreed to terminate UN18-098 upon execution of the new Microsoft Reseller agreement (UN18-100). The term of the agreement will begin upon execution of UN18-100 and will end on June 30, 2023.
