UN19-105 Audio Visual & Video Equipment

The Inter-University Council of Ohio Purchasing Group (IUC-PG) is soliciting responses from qualified and experienced companies who have experience in the provision of Audio Visual & Video Equipment for institutions of higher education. The intent of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish through competitive negotiation a price agreement for Audio Visual & Video Equipment to IUC-PG member colleges and universities (Price Agreement). All terms and conditions negotiated between IUC-PG and the selected vendor(s) for the Price Agreement and Scope of Services required therein will apply to all Audio Visual & Video Equipment, performed under Participation Agreements executed between individual participating IUC-PG member institutions and the selected vendor(s).
