The IUC-PG has awarded a new contract, PG25-248 Cloud Hosted VOIP Telephone System. This agreement commenced on December 3, 2025 and will terminate on June 30, 2030 with two additional one-year extension options. This Agreement incorporates a Master Contract and Participation Agreement.
The Executed Master Contracts for the three awarded suppliers are available on our website behind a member login. The IUC-PG also has on file versions of these Executed Master Contracts that include the supplier RFP response. These versions are available upon request.
The three awarded suppliers provide the following offerings:
- Continuant – Microsoft Teams-based solution
- ConvergeOne – Zoom platform
- Logicalis – Cisco platform
